Smooth early E_base calibration through chapter 45. The knots only bridge
FTUE and the first-hour feature/power ramp; after chapter 45 one universal
geometric multiplier owns the entire campaign tail (see e_base).
Timing anchors are deliberately approximate. They grade the resulting all-free cohort, not individual rows, and must never be enforced by chapter spikes or terminal caps.
